Franklin Morais (Organizational Psychology)

Franklin is a dynamic and versatile trainer with a passion for creating engaging and immersive learning experiences for his audiences. With a diverse background in Counselling Psychology, Coaching, Sales and Marketing, Leadership, Academia, and Pastoral Ministry, he brings a unique and empathetic approach to helping individuals and groups unlock their full potential.

As an experienced Organizational Psychology lecturer, Franklin has a deep understanding of how individuals and teams can develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve their personal and organizational goals. He has worked with a range of institutions and organizations, including HELP University, Leaderonomics, and TMI Consultancy, part of the multinational GI Group based in Milan, Italy.

Franklin’s areas of expertise include Emotional Intelligent Leadership and Solution Focus for Coach training, and he has conducted numerous workshops for not-for-profit organizations such as Nanyang Foundation and YMCA, as well as public and private schools. His engaging and interactive approach to training has earned him a reputation as a sought-after speaker and trainer, and he has been conducting educational and training programs since 2006.
